At Aluj Swim, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order, as all purchases are subject to the terms below.

1. Order Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed and processed. All orders are final once submitted.

2. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

We offer exchanges for store credit only on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please note:

• Swimwear and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and sanitation reasons.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.

• All original tags must be attached.

• Items that have been washed, worn, altered, spot-cleaned, or dry-cleaned will not be accepted.

• We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.

3. Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

4. Sizing & Fit Guidance

5. Return Process

To initiate a return for eligible items, please contact us to request a return authorization and shipping instructions. Once the item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued for approved returns.
